How To Efficiently Recover Fine Gold From Ore

When you want to efficiently recover fine gold from gold bearing ore, you need a gold recovery machine. In particular, a Centrifugal Concentrator (CC). For example, a 1-3 TPH (tonnes per hour) unit will handle both alluvial and hard rock material.

One method with alluvials is to use a scrubber/trommel that washes and sorts the feed before it enters the Centrifugal Concentrator. If needed, tailings can be run into a sluice box.

Concentrates from the CC are cleaned up on a Wave Table, to produce clean gold ready to be smelted and turned into a gold bar for sale.
